The O&M Technician will be responsible for the daily installation, maintenance, and repair of solar products. The role involves troubleshooting and ensuring optimal operation of solar power systems, performing routine inspections, and adhering to safety protocols. This is an on-site position located in Jaipur. Qualifications Experience in installation and maintenance of solar power systems such as on-grid and off-grid, solar water heating systems, and solar street lights Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of solar products Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to perform routine inspections Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus Prior experience in the renewable energy industry is advantageous
