As an Associate in our OneStream practice located in Bangalore, Jaipur, or Pune, you will be responsible for implementing financial technology solutions using the OneStream software platform. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and client-side resources, creatively solving business challenges using technology, adhering to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards, and ensuring timely completion of project deliverables in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of Oracle EPM or OneStream experience - End-to-end implementation exposure and strong knowledge of creating business rules/member formulas - Good understanding of financial and accounting functions, such as financial close & consolidations, financial reporting, or planning and budgeting processes - Experience with data integration between systems/sources, REST API, or Groovy scripts - Bachelor's and master's degree in finance/accounting/engineering As an employee of Spaulding Ridge, you will have the opportunity to work in an early-stage growth company, providing innovative chances to impact clients significantly.
