Your attention to detail, willingness to take initiative and multitasking skills will ensure flawless campaign execution for our clients' OOH advertising campaigns. This role requires assertive communication skills, operational procedure expertise, a hunger to rapidly absorb knowledge about the OOH industry, and a relentless drive to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Client-facing and Internal Communication : Ensure courteous and professional communication of deadlines and campaign deliverables to clients and proactive, expeditious communication to internal stakeholders. Campaign Execution : Oversee the day-to-day tasks involved with launching and monitoring OOH campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and error-free campaign implementation. Negotiation : Assertively negotiate with vendors to deliver appropriate make-good elements for any non-performance issues as needed. Vendor Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolution of any issues. Process Refinement : Assist in refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimal efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Industry Expertise : Stay current with industry trends and best practices in OOH advertising and measurement to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Experience : Proven experience in media operations, preferably within the OOH advertising sector, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape. Project Management : Excellent project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and a bias for action and timely decision making. Critical Problem Solving: Assess challenging situations quickly and objectively under pressure, using sound judgement and creativity to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations. Attention to Detail and Prioritization: Maintain attention to detail and organization of tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Process Expertise : Experience in creating, implementing, and refining SOPs to streamline operations and ensure consistency. Education : Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. You’ll work closely with the Director of Media Planning to strategise and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success at OneScreen. You’ll be responsible for executing end-to-end projects within the timeline. To be successful as a Senior Manager-OOH Media Planner, you should demonstrate solid execution and analytical skills, exhibit strong business acumen, and have a commitment to productivity. Responsibilities and Duties: Collaborate with clients, sales, and account team members to understand the client's business objectives and OOH advertising strategy Develop OOH Campaign plans that help the client achieve their objectives. Be an expert user of OneScreen.ai planning product and interact with the Product & Engineering team to give product improvement feedback and new feature requests. Work on several campaigns simultaneously, often for several different clients Effectively communicate with the creative agency team, clients, and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns. Execute decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns. Undertake research and analyse data using specialist industry resources Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour, and media habits Present proposals, including cost schedules, to clients on time Develop and maintain excellent relationships with OOH media suppliers Qualifications: Ability to work and prioritise tasks and deliverables under deadline pressure from multiple sources (internal and external) 4-7 years (for Senior Manager) experience as a media planner for OOH with a variety of industry verticals (education, CPG, healthcare, etc.) Broad knowledge of online and offline media channels Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying Critical thinking for application toward client strategy and accompanying presentation materials Excellent communication and teamwork skills Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. GeoPath, Nielsen, Google Analytics, Telmar, Adobe Analytics, etc.) Ability to work with web platforms and spreadsheets for the collection and management of information Deeply analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math.
