Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Product Designer - Cofounder. The Product Designer will lead the design process for the OneSafe Pass platform, including creating intuitive product experiences, conducting user research, and applying design thinking methodologies to solve user challenges. The role also involves closely collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to shape visual and product design strategies that align with the company mission and vision. This is not a traditional job — it’s a cofounder opportunity for a Product Designer who wants to build a company from the ground up. You can take on this role alongside your current job while we build, launch, and scale the product. Qualifications Strong expertise in Visual Design and Product Design, creating impactful and user-centric interfaces. Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies to generate innovative solutions and improve user experience. Experience conducting User Research and UX Research to understand user needs, behavior, and pain points. Familiarity with design processes and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to building a secure and user-friendly product from the ground up.
