Role Overview: You will be working as an Accounting Analyst, assisting in handling the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting services for a group of assigned clients. Your role will involve preparing, computing, managing, researching, and analyzing all accounting data to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity, and cash flows of our clients" businesses. Our professionals use innovative technology and solutions to deliver bookkeeping and accounting services for small businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end close activities for the assigned client companies. - Retrieve bank statements for month-end reconciliations. - Complete balance sheet accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis. - Review the GL for errors and anomalies. - Analyze monthly financial statements for discrepancies. - Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting. - Prepare workpapers. - Assist in preparing budgets and report budget vs actual performance variance analysis. - Prepare short-term cash flows. - Assist with various tax-related reporting processes and compliance filings. - Monitor productivity KPIs against established targets. Qualification Required: - Candidates who have completed B.Com / M.Com or pursuing ACCA / CMA and other finance professional courses. Additional Details: You will be working from the office in Kochi on a full-time basis. The salary offered for this role ranges from 5,000.00 to 7,000.00 per month. Preference will be given to candidates located around Kochi and the minimum commitment period required is 1 year. Skills: - Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement presentation. - Familiarity with both cash and accrual basis accounting. - Well organized with strong attention to detail. - Passionate and curious to learn. - Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with basic Excel functions.,
