Position Summary: The Travel Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, reservations, and post-booking support for flights, hotels, and travel services. The role requires proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport) and strong communication skills to deliver high-quality customer service for both B2B and B2C clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to travel bookings. Create, modify, and cancel flight reservations using GDS systems. Process ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations through BSP. Assist customers with itinerary planning, fare options, and travel documentation requirements. Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers to resolve booking issues. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up. Achieve service-level targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.) and ensure a positive customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Travel, Tourism Certification - IATA/UFTAA or any related field. 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or OTA environment. Hands-on experience with Amadeus / Sabre / Travelport GDS. Knowledge of IATA processes (ticketing, refunds, ADM/ACM handling). Strong verbal and written communication in English (additional languages preferred). Customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in shifts (24x7 rotational if required).
