Brand & Storytelling • Ensure all visuals are aligned with the overall identity, tone, and content language of each vertical. • Adapt creative content for regional and multi-language audiences. Collaboration & Campaigns • Work with editorial, video production, and marketing teams to crack briefs quickly and creatively. • Pitch new visual ideas in brainstorming sessions bring the sparkle! Project Management • Balance multiple design tasks under tight timelines without losing quality. • Maintain organized design libraries and assets for efficiency. Innovation & Insights • Stay plugged into design trends, YouTube aesthetics, and motion graphic innovations. • Recommend creative ways to amplify engagement through visuals. What You Bring • Experience: 23 years in digital media, YouTube, or creative content environments. • Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or similar. Tech Skills: • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). • Proficiency in creating high-conversion thumbnails,especially for YouTube verticals.Proficiency • Basic understanding of video editing, transitions, and visual hooks. • Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
