Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of mandatory policies and other corporate documents for all group companies in India. 2. Maintaining the relevance of policies and other corporate documents 3. Monitoring of changes in applicable legislation, including at the stage of draft laws and preparation of documents outlining the position or strategy of protecting the interests of the company 4. Draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers 5. Monitoring and updating of client`s loan documentation 6. Adjusting mass communications 7. Conduct regular internal audits to assess and enhance compliance with applicable laws and regulations 8. Identify potential legal risks in operations and develop strategies to mitigate them 9.
