Description We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineer to ensure our customers' technical queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. In this role, your duties will include assisting customers with application installations, resolving queries via desktop support solutions, and escalating serious issues to the software development team. Responsibilities Provide timely and effective technical support to customers Assist with application installations and troubleshooting Resolve customer queries through desktop support tools Escalate critical issues to the software development team for resolution Maintain high customer satisfaction levels Requirements Who you are: At least 2 years of experience as a support engineer or in a similar role In-depth knowledge of MS SQL and Excel; Python knowledge is an advantage B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science is a plus High proficiency in English (spoken and written) – required Ability to work independently and in a self-learning environment Strong analytical and technical skills with a "can-do" attitude Willingness to work weekends and shifts Retail experience is a plus Familiarity with supply chain systems is a significant advantage Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus Additional Information Onebeat is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Description We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead the post-sale relationship with clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term growth. This role combines account ownership, project execution, and strategic collaboration across internal teams. You will manage a portfolio of customers and drive measurable outcomes that align with their business goals. What You Will Do Customer Portfolio Management Own a book of business and drive overall account health and satisfaction. Conduct regular cadence calls, QBRs, and strategy sessions with customers. Monitor adoption and system usage, identifying risks and growth opportunities. Retain and grow accounts through proactive engagement and value delivery.
