We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced counsellor to join our team in Kudasan, Gandhinagar , and help aspiring students navigate the complexities of international admissions and visa processes for top destinations. Key Responsibilities 1. Student Counselling & Profile Assessment Initial Consultation: Conduct detailed one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents to understand their academic background, career goals, financial capacity, and country preferences (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.). Profile Evaluation: Accurately assess student profiles and recommend the most suitable courses, universities, and countries aligned with their eligibility and aspirations. Target Achievement: Work diligently towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollment and application submissions. 2. Admissions & Application Management Documentation Guidance: Guide students meticulously on the preparation of admission-related documents, including Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), Resumes, and academic transcripts. Application Submission: Oversee and manage the end-to-end university application process, ensuring timely and accurate submission to institutions. Offer Management: Track application status, follow up with universities, and assist students in accepting offers and managing deposits. 3. Visa & Immigration Expertise Visa Guidance: Provide expert, accurate, and up-to-date advice on student visa and immigration regulations for key destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.). Documentation Review: Critically review and verify all visa-related documentation (financial, medical, and application forms) to ensure compliance and minimize rejection risk. Interview Preparation: Prepare students thoroughly for visa interviews, including mock sessions and guidance on expected questions. Liaison: Coordinate and follow up with Embassies/Consulates on behalf of clients when necessary. 4. Market Knowledge & Compliance Stay Updated: Maintain in-depth knowledge of international education systems, university admission policies, fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and evolving visa/immigration laws for various countries. Compliance: Ensure all company processes and client applications adhere strictly to the rules and regulations of the destination countries. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in overseas education counselling, specifically handling Admissions and Visas for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, and/or Australia . Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language (Gujarati/Hindi) for effective student and parent interaction. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, a result-oriented approach, and a high level of professionalism. Target Driven: Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet admissions and visa deadlines. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
