Good communication skills required for Sales
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with operating system installations, basic hardware and repairing knowledge, CCTV setup, and basic networking support. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and other operating systems. Perform basic hardware repairs and upgrades (RAM, HDD, motherboard, etc.). Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems. Provide basic networking support, including LAN setup, Wi-Fi configuration, and router/switch troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Maintain system and network documentation for all installations and repairs. Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients or internal staff. Required Skills:OS Installation (Windows, Linux basic preferred) Basic computer hardware knowledge and repairing CCTV Installation and configuration Basic Networking (LAN, IP configuration, router setup) Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and customer handling skills Qualifications: Diploma / BCA / B.Tech / ITI (Computer Hardware & Networking) 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with practical knowledge can apply)
