About the Role: We are looking for a Networking Engineer (L1/L2) to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in switching, routing, SD-WAN , and other enterprise networking solutions. You will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting customer networks to ensure high availability and performance. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 level support for network operations across switching, routing, firewall, and SD-WAN technologies. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents within SLA timelines. Assist in network configuration, deployment, and upgrades for customer environments. Work on LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless networks, and data center connectivity . Collaborate with senior engineers and OEMs for escalations and complex issue resolution. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, network diagrams, and incident reports. Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards. Required Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of switching and routing protocols (STP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, etc.). Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or equivalent). Exposure to firewalls, VPNs, and network security concepts. Proficiency in troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Certifications such as CCNA / CCNP / NSE / equivalent will be an added advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in network support and implementation. Why Join Us?
