Senior Sales Representative - Digital Marketing & Web Design India 5 years INR 3.6 - 4.8 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue by converting qualified leads into loyal clients for our web design and digital marketing services. This is a front-end sales role focused exclusively on closing pre-generated leads from the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and experienced in consultative selling within the digital services space. Key Responsibilities Sales Conversion: Engage with qualified leads provided by our marketing and telecalling teams and convert them into paying clients. Consultative Selling: Understand each prospect’s business needs and recommend customized solutions in web design, SEO, social media, and digital marketing. Product Demonstration & Proposal Delivery: Present service offerings through virtual meetings and follow up with well-structured proposals and pricing. Objection Handling & Negotiation: Confidently address concerns, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements to close sales efficiently. CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and follow-ups using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance benchmarks. Collaboration: Work closely with the onboarding and project management teams to ensure a smooth client handover post-sale. Market Feedback: Relay insights and objections from prospects to inform future sales strategies and service enhancements. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of front-end sales experience, ideally in web design, SEO, or digital marketing services. Sales Expertise: Proven ability to close deals from warm or qualified leads; a strong record of exceeding quotas. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with website design, SEO, PPC, and related digital services. Communication Skills: Fluent, persuasive English communication—both verbal and written—with a client-first mindset. CRM Proficiency: Experience using sales and pipeline management tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents. Professionalism: Strong work ethic, ownership mentality, and ability to manage U.S.-based clients effectively during night shifts. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
