Role Description The F&B Social Media Manager Intern will manage social media accounts for our food and beverage clients, create engaging content, and develop social media strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring social media channels, responding to customer inquiries, and analyzing social media performance. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. Job Summary: We're seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and enhance our F&B brand's online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms - Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) that showcases our brand's personality and offerings - Manage and schedule content across all social media platforms - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner - Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve content and engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align social media content with business objectives - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes - Develop and manage social media campaigns to promote new menu items, events, and promotions - Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations - Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the F&B industry - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences - Excellent content creation and copywriting skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) - Ability to keep up with the latest social media trends and best practices Nice to Have: - Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Cap cut) - Knowledge of paid social media advertising - Certification in social media marketing or a related field What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing F&B brand - Collaborative and supportive team environment - Professional development and growth opportunities If you're passionate about social media and F&B, we'd love to hear from you!
