Role & responsibilities Conceptual & Detailed Design Create architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings for residential, villas. Drafting & Modelling – Prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD and develop 3D visualizations in SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software. Coordination with Teams – Collaborate with structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution. Site Supervision – Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify adherence to drawings, and ensure quality control. Material Selection – Recommend and finalize materials, finishes, and fixtures in line with the design vision and budget. Compliance & Regulations – Ensure designs comply with local building codes, bye-laws, and regulatory requirements. BOQ & Estimates – Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and assist in project budgeting. Client Interaction – Present designs, collect feedback, and incorporate changes to meet client expectations. Project Documentation – Maintain and update project files, drawings, and records for smooth project handover.
