Role & responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Sr.Engineer Department Mechanical Engineering Job Location:Pune Training Job Location: Pune Gender Male Qualification Criteria Diploma/BE in Electronic Telecommunication/ Electrical/Instrumentation Score Criteria Aggregate Score of Class 10th, 12th/Graduation should be 60% or above. Key Skills 1. Basic Knowledge of Electrical/Electronics 2. Exposure on PLC/SCADA/HMI (Schneider/Mitsubhisi PLC will be beneficial) 3.Familiarity with Schneider, Mitsubishi, or Omron PLCS 4.PLC Programming (Mandatory) 5.HMI Scripting Knowledge 6.Understanding of industrial Communication Protocols Modbus TCP/IP, RS485, RS232, Ethernet P, OPCUA 7.Good Communication Skills and MS-Office Skills 8.Basic AutoCAD Proficiency Knowledge & Experience: 1)Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and processes. 2)Proficient in PLC, HMI, and VFD programming and troubleshooting. Role & Responsibility 1) Support the Production team in resolving PLC/HMI-related challenges during in-house machine manufacturing and testing. 2)Design and develop PLC and HMI logic for conveyor-based automation applications 3)Assist the Service team with on-site troubleshooting and resolution of automation issues. 4)Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), machine manuals, and part lists. 5)Prepare and modify electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. 6)Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of electrical panels as per approved drawings and specifications.
