Role Overview

On-Ground Live Music Coordinator in Bangalore Urban

What Youll Do

• Coordinate with artists and technical teams before each gig to ensure readiness
• Represent Qalakaar on-ground at events across Bangalores top venues
• Manage artist hospitality, live performance flow, and audience engagement
• Troubleshoot logistical issues and keep the vibe strong and smooth
• Document key moments (photo/video) for internal and social use
• Ensure all brand and post-show protocols are followed

Who You Are

• Based in Bangalore (Urban) and available on weekends
• Great with people articulate, composed, and dependable under pressure
• Passionate about live music, independent artists, and cultural experiences
• Experience in event management, hospitality, or artist handling is a bonus
