A. Position Title: Sr. Hardware Engineer Grid Tied / On Grid Solar Inverter Department: R&D Location: Head Office, Jaipur Reports to: Sr. VP-R&D B. Job Objective Sr. Hardware Engineer will be responsible for Designing & Testing Hardware for Grid Tied Solar inverter. This role involves working with Power electronics, Inverter circuits, filters, DC-DC converters, micro controllers, SMPS and various hardware components to optimise the performance and efficiency. C. Primary responsibilities Lead Product architecture and Electronic Hardware Design of Grid Tied Solar Inverter. Create prototype and conduct tests as per applicable BIS & International standards. Test, debug and validate hardware design including EMI EMC. Support debugging, trouble shooting, and correction of defects. Analyse and interpret test data against requirement. Assemble, test, or maintain electronic components. Write reports or record data of test results Collaborate with other teams for knowledge sharing Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent and Management. E. Key Skills Good knowledge of Analog, Digital and Power Electronics Circuits. Good knowledge of DSP and micro controllers. Clear understanding of EMI EMC requirements and applicable standards. Identification of Electronics Components and reliability guidelines. Good verbal communication and writing skills. Problem-solving skills as well as the ability to execute their projects within time with quality. F. Educational and Experience Requirements Level of Education : BE/B Tech in ECE/EE Experience : 5-10 years of relevant experience
