Location: On-site in Office 302, Konark Epitome, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time (Immediate Start)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive On-Call Client Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage a large operations team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Flexibility for afternoon, night, and weekend shifts is required, along with potential for extra hours.

You’ll be responsible for managing emergency jobs, coordinating work orders—from contractor sourcing and negotiation to client updates—and ensuring every task is completed accurately and on time.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Manage and resolve emergency service requests efficiently.
• Work Order Oversight: Handle end-to-end work order management.
• Contractor Management: Source, negotiate, and coordinate with contractors.
• Client Relations: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients.
• Quality & Timeliness: Ensure accuracy and prompt job completion.
• Multitasking: Perform multiple tasks with precision under pressure.

Qualifications

• BPO & Industry Experience: Experience in BPO, particularly facility management or technical support, is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
