Position: On-Call Client Service Coordinator
Location: On-site in Office 302, Konark Epitome, Pune

Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive On-Call Client Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage a large operations team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Flexibility for afternoon, night, and weekend shifts is required, along with potential for extra hours.
You’ll be responsible for managing emergency jobs, coordinating work orders—from contractor sourcing and negotiation to client updates—and ensuring every task is completed accurately and on time.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
