We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team for the International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers with queries, concerns, and support requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet performance targets related to quality, customer satisfaction, and call handling time. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments when required. Stay updated on product or service information and process changes. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripts during calls. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory). Prior experience in international voice support is a plus. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
