About the Role We are seeking a Solutions Architect with a strong background in cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and customer-facing technical roles. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them successfully adopt the Omnistrate platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on technical role where you will work closely with customers, providing architectural guidance, hands-on deployment support, and technical troubleshooting. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and SaaS architectures will be key to ensuring successful customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities ● Work directly with customers to deploy, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud-based SaaS solutions using Omnistrate’s platform. ● Provide hands-on guidance in Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native architectures to help customers scale their applications. ● Collaborate with industry leaders at AWS, GCP, and Azure to develop best practices for multi-cloud SaaS deployment. ● Serve as the technical liaison between customers and Omnistrate’s product and engineering teams, ensuring seamless adoption. ● Conduct technical workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to drive customer success. ● Maintain and continuously improve deployment templates, Helm charts, and Kubernetes configurations for customer environments. ● Support pre-sales and post-sales teams by providing deep technical expertise and guidance on customer engagements. ● Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and resolving technical roadblocks. Requirements ● 5+ years of experience in architecting and building cloud solutions, customer success, pre-sales/post-sales solutions engineering in a B2B data infrastructure or SaaS environment. ● Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices architectures. ● Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and tooling like Docker Compose, Helm Charts, Kubernetes Operators and Kustomize. ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot cloud-based applications and networking issues. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences. ● Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements. ● Ability to manage multiple accounts and customer engagements concurrently. ● Willingness to work across time zones is a must.
