Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Night Shift) Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (or 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM) | Break: 1 Hour About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts across multiple platforms. You should have a strong understanding of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical), Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, and Website Audits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with data, keeping up with digital trends, and driving measurable results through smart strategies. Key Responsibilities Execute and monitor On-Page SEO activities including keyword optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and content audits. Manage Off-Page SEO including backlink creation, directory submissions, guest posts, and outreach. Perform Technical SEO audits to identify crawl issues, indexing problems, and site speed improvements. Run and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns for ROI. Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and backlink gap studies. Prepare regular performance reports for traffic, rankings, and ad performance. Collaborate with the design and content teams for creative campaign execution. Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. Strong understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.). Practical experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools. Ability to plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns. Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to work night shifts (5 PM to 2 AM or 3 PM to 1 AM).
