Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad Experience Level: 5+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, proven project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management of Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support projects. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure project milestones are met. Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, admins, and third-party vendors. Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure business needs are clearly documented and translated into technical requirements. Oversee data migration, integration efforts, user training, and change management activities. Conduct regular status meetings and prepare project reports for senior management. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, compliance standards, and governance models. Promote adoption and continuously assess ways to improve Salesforce processes and performance. Manage post-implementation reviews and lessons learned. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products. Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master). Experience with Salesforce integrations using middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Zapier. Prior experience working in consulting, SaaS environments, or managing offshore teams.
