Role Overview The person will be responsible for engaging with all interested patient leads and inquiries, nurturing relationships, and ensuring smooth conversion into OPD consultations or IPD admissions. Key Responsibilities Engage with all interested leads and enquiries and provide clear, supportive guidance. Understand the queries of the leads and answer them clearly and patiently Understand patient needs, explain hospital services, specialties, and treatment options. Persuasively convert such interests into OPD consultations or IPD admissions while maintaining a patient-first approach. Build strong rapport with patients and caregivers through empathetic communication. Coordinate with doctors, departments, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Maintain lead records, track conversions, and prepare daily/weekly reports. Follow up with potential patients who havent yet converted, ensuring timely communication. Uphold hospital values of care, trust, and patient satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree 3-4 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, or healthcare sales is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Telugu. Soft-spoken, empathetic, and patient-centric personality. Persuasive skills with a consultative approach (not pushy). Basic computer and CRM skills. Key Attributes Empathy & patience. Key Responsibilities: Design graphics and reels for digital marketing and branding team Make creatives and reels in different aspect ratios, dimensions, sizes, formats that are suitable for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Google Ads Develop visuals consistent with the hospital's brand identity.
