This is a pivotal role with the potential for significant impact and serves as a stepping stone towards an Architecture career within our organization. Working closely with one of our key clients who is a leader in the automotive industry. You will be empowered to identify opportunities for improvement, take ownership of critical database tasks, and contribute directly to our AI initiatives. Location: India Remote - any city Salary Range 14-20 LAKH What You'll Do: Serve as a key contributor to our data infrastructure, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our databases. Perform a wide range of DBA tasks under the direction of our BI team (primarily focusing on SSIS/SSRS & TSQL), including running, re-running, and troubleshooting SQL jobs. Execute manual export processes as needed to support data analysis and reporting. Assist with data reconciliation and updating within our database systems. Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and areas for optimization within our database environment. Collaborate with the BI team to ensure data quality and accuracy. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. This is an opportunity for a high-performing individual to demonstrate potential and advance towards an Architecture role. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Senior DBA with deep expertise in SSIS, SSRS, TSQL programming (SQL Server), SQL Jobs, Linked Servers, and PostgreSQL (pgAdmin) . Previous experience working remotely from India or onsite with western countries such as Australia, New Zealand, USA etc will be highly regarded. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks. A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Basic experience with PowerBI will be highly regarded. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly resolve database issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
