Omkar Fertilisers Pvt Ltd Designation - Senior Procurement Specialist, Needs Local Resident of Hyderabad city only, Also Must travel for business and deputation on sites on monthly basis as when required Job Duties = Identify the procurement needs of the organization Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and compare offers Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness Develop procurement strategies and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications Manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power Resolve supplier or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers Review and update procurement policies and procedures Implement risk management for supply contracts and agreements Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Experience: procurement sales: 3 years (Preferred) total work: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 06/08/2025
