Position: E-Commerce Asst Manager Location: Hyderabad Reporting: CEO Their duties and responsibilities include: Developing and implementing the company’s e-commerce activities and strategies Monitoring and analyzing sales trends to identify new opportunities and challenges Managing product listings, including writing product descriptions, updating pricing information, and managing inventory Handling online marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and search engine optimization (SEO) Testing website functionality and improving user interface and experience Resolving any issues related to website performance, functionality, and customer experience Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives and campaigns Coordinating with the customer service team to handle customer inquiries and resolve e-commerce related issues Staying up-to-date with technological advancements and e-commerce trends Ensuring the security of customer information and transactions Must Do other states deputation for 3-4 days mandatory twice an month Education: Business Administration or Management Language: Fluency in the local language will be an advantage & English & Hindi & Telugu Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
