Staff should be well trained to Collect the sample and to management of people coming there. I found difference in collection of sample. My report show my age, collection time all wrong. In such condition how can one rely on the reports. Phones, called many time but not a single time they attended the call.

Fab work. I required Rtpcr report for my international travel. I couldn't believe it when these guys handed over the reports in 8 HOURS. I was having anxious time hearing delayed deliveries everywhere. It is difficult time these days and the good work should be commendable. Keep up the good work Cheers
