Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building new customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the HVAC industry. You will lead and mentor the sales team to deliver consistent growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management. Negotiate and close contracts with customers and partners. Coordinate with production, design, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
