Roles and Responsibilities - Tele Support Executive Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English, Telugu, and Hindi , ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service. Schedule and coordinate meetings with customers and internal teams, using phone calls, WhatsApp messages , and emails for effective follow-up. Send timely updates, reminders, and relevant information to customers via WhatsApp and email communication channels. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in the companys database or CRM system. Make proactive calls to customers for scheduling meetings, collecting feedback, and providing ongoing support. Take ownership of customer queries and concerns, ensuring efficient and effective resolution in a professional manner. Provide daily updates and reports to management on customer interactions, sales progress, and support tasks. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution. Ensure all customer interactionscalls, messages, and emails—are properly documented and aligned with company policies. Possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar tech support or customer service role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
