Qualifications Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and sales skills Proficiency in market research and property evaluation Excellent customer service and client management skills Ability to work independently and drive sales Previous experience in property sales or real estate is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred.
