Department- Operations& Maintenance.
Qualification- B.TECH/B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
EXPERIANCE-Minimum 7YEARS of experience in the steel sector(preffered) or heavy engineering/process industries.
Proven track record in OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE(O&M) of mechanical equipment,utilities and plant machinery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead plant OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE to ensure high equipment availability & reliability.
* Plan & imlement preventive, predictive and corrective maintainence programs.
* Ensure compliance with saftey, health and environmental standards.
* Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
* Manage spare parts inventory & cost optimization.
SKILLS REQURIED:
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and steel plant equipment.
* Proficiency in maintenance management systems(CMMS/ERP).
Knowledge of ISO standards, statutory compliance & saftey norms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
