O&M Homes is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Visualizer to join our growing real estate marketing team. In this role, you’ll transform ideas and property concepts into visually compelling campaigns across digital and print platforms — from luxury property listings to lifestyle storytelling. You’ll work closely with our content, design, and strategy teams to bring marketing campaigns to life through eye-catching, high-impact visuals that reflect the sophistication of the O&M Homes brand. Key Responsibilities Translate briefs into visually engaging designs for real estate campaigns, property showcases, and social media. Develop storyboards, layouts, and creative assets for marketing, branding, and advertising materials. Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables and channels. Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and art directors to meet design goals and deadlines. Stay current with design and real estate marketing trends, applying them to create fresh, modern visuals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 1–2 years of professional experience in a design or visualizer role (experience in real estate, lifestyle, or creative agencies preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). Strong understanding of visual composition, layout, typography, and color theory. A portfolio that showcases creativity across digital, social, and print media. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Nice to Have Experience in motion design, video editing, or basic animation. Previous work with real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
