The Procurement Executive will manage end-to-end sourcing operations for hospitality products across domestic and international markets. This includes vendor identification, quote management, client coordination, and SOP adherence. The role demands agility, precision, and relationship-driven communication. 🔑 Key Responsibilities 🌐 International Procurement Source hospitality products across multiple categories (capex, opex , housekeeping, electronics, linen, guest aminities, room aminities,F&B disposables, engineering spares). Coordinate with overseas suppliers for quotes, samples, and shipments. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation. Track currency fluctuations and optimize cost structures. 🏠 Domestic Procurement Identify and onboard reliable domestic vendors for urgent or bulk/small requirements. Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms. Maintain transparent records of domestic sourcing actions. 📬 Client & Vendor Communication Draft professional emails and WhatsApp messages tailored to each client/supplier. Respond promptly to feedback on samples, quotes, and proposals. Escalate issues diplomatically while preserving trust. 📊 Reporting & Accountability Maintain accurate logs of enquiries, quote submissions, and follow-ups. Adhere to SOPs for documentation, naming conventions, and shared folder use. Participate in weekly review meetings and status updates Required Skills Strong product knowledge across hospitality categories. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Excel, MS Outlook , MS Access, and shared drive systems. Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms, HS codes, etc.). Ability to manage multiple enquiries with speed and accuracy. Preferred Attributes Prior experience will be preferred in hospitality procurement or supply chain. Exposure to Overseas Communication Relationship-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships. Adaptability to fast-paced, multi-country sourcing environments.
