We are a small but ambitious team , and we’re looking for a strong React Native Engineer who can take ownership of our mobile app, scale it to enterprise-level quality, and shape the tech foundation of our future products. Role Description Build and launch mobile apps for Android and iOS from scratch . Scale and maintain the existing app with production-level stability. Own the end-to-end development lifecycle with full accountability. Ensure clean architecture, best practices, and scalable code for the future. Mentor junior team members and lead by example . Actively contribute to key product and tech decisions . Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with product vision. Qualifications 4+ years of experience building React Native apps (Android & iOS). Proven experience in writing custom native modules . Strong background in apps built with Expo . Hands-on experience with WebView, WebGPU, and WebGL for high-performance 2D/3D interactive screens. Practical experience with map libraries like OpenLayers or Leaflet. Successfully deployed apps to both Google Play Store & Apple App Store . Familiarity with OTA updates and in-app updates . Strong knowledge of animations (React Native Reanimated). In-depth experience with state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, etc.). Problem solver, no-excuses mindset , and passion for building tech that makes a difference.
