Role Overview The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing detailed project estimates, identifying and coding each cost line item, and maintaining daily cost tracking sheets linked to approved budgets and contracts. The candidate must have a strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, MEP works, joinery, finishes, and subcontractor scope divisions .
