We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled legal professional to oversee and coordinate the defense of consumer-related lawsuits and claims. The ideal candidate will bring a strong legal foundation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the defense of consumer-related lawsuits and claims. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Work closely with external counsel to draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes with customers in a fair, efficient, and timely manner. Monitor ongoing litigation, track case progress, and report outcomes to senior management. Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Requirements Law degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation management or a related legal field. Strong understanding of consumer protection laws and regulations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience working with litigation management software and related legal tools.
