Their primary duties typically include installing, troubleshooting, and repairing. To ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. They often work directly with clients to diagnose issues and implement necessary repairs or upgrades. For more product details check our website : www.centrifugaloilcleaner.com Position : Service Coordinator/Service In charge(Only for Male Candidate) Education : BE Mechanical/Diploma Location : Pune at Narhe Experience : 2 to 5 years after-sales service-preferably industrial equipment Skills : Technically sound, Computer proficiency, good in communication, Time management and multi-tasker, Good in Interpersonal relationships, team management. Job Profile Service & Spares Coordinator 1. Installation: A. Keep Track of Dispatched Machines Reaching Customers & Plan Installation in Consultation with customer. Check for any site requirement & send mail to customer, and arrange service engineer. B. Keep Record of Installation Report & forward to Back Office / Accounts Department for Follow up Regarding Balance Payment. C. Send Mail to customer / Call to check satisfactory completion of installation & inform contact details for any future service requirement. D. Check & Do the needful for any additional requirement agreed by service engineer during Installation. 2. Trial: A. Keep a track of trials to be done & Coordinate with Sales Engineer & Service Engineer to arrange trial. B. Keep record of trial reports & PO Received, make monthly report & forward to Sales Engineer, Back Office & Management for Follow up. C. Keep Record of Unsuccessful Trial reports & circulate to sales engineer (So Same Application trial not done again). D. Keep Track of return of trial machines. E. To conduct a trial of oil samples received from customers. 3. Service: A. Plan & Keep Track of service engineers daily visits. Make Monthly Report. B. Keep track of service calls & confirm weather warranty or chargeable. Under Warranty: C. Get Google Form filled from customer. If under warranty arrange dispatch of spares & keep track. Plan service engineer visit in consultation with customer. Arrange return of failed part. Keep track & arrange inspection of failed part by QA. Forward Failure Analysis Report to Sales Engineer, Back Office & Management. Make Monthly Report with Cost Incurred. Arrange to send failed part to vendor & keep track till replacement received back. Post Warranty: D. Arrange to send spare parts & service charges quotation. Prepare Monthly Report. Arrange to Dispatch spares, keep track & plan service engineer visit in consultation with customer. 4. Services & Spares Parts Business Monitoring: A. Make Monthly Reports of Quotation Sent & Follow up with Sales Engineer / Back Office. 5. Servicing of Machine Received in Oilmax Factory: A. Make list of Parts required for repairing & Forward to Sales Engineer / Back Office for sending Quotation. Follow up with sales engineer for PO. Get Machine repaired & arrange dispatch. 6. Make Monthly Field Failure Report, 7. Coordinate with Design, Quality, Production to check repeat failures & corrective action. 8. Keep Regular Contact with Customers for Service / Spares Requirement: To generate lead opportunities using secondary research. Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities. Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity. Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure. Provide accurate and timely information as required to managers and senior management. Out reaching accounts using emails and other channels. Proficient in the use of Social Media tools like LinkedIn. Bachelor's Degree 1-3 years proven experience in prospecting, lead generation and sales management. Experience of working collaboratively in the data/Market research or sales & marketing team. Proven track record in lead generation and conversion to opportunities. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. Mandatory Skills: Should have good communication skills. Strong listening and presentation skills. Service-oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude. Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets. Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google sheets and social networking tools. Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary .
