As a General Manager at Oil India Limited (OIL), you will be responsible for contributing to the corporate strategy or business development in Grade G. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve corporate objectives - Managing corporate operations and overseeing senior leadership - Leading large projects and change management initiatives Qualifications required for the position include: For General Manager (Corporate Strategy) in Grade G: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or post-graduation in Geoscience - Minimum of 20 years of experience in strategic planning or corporate management For General Manager (Business Development) in Grade G: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, post-graduation in Geoscience, or post-graduation in Economics - Minimum of 20 years of experience in business development or project development in the energy sector The total emoluments in Grade G at the minimum of the scale will be approximately around 2,20,000 per month. The posting of the selected candidate can be in any operational areas/offices of OIL as per the company's requirements, and the services are transferable as needed.
