Location- Khalapur Responsibilities- · Output Management. · Online Quality control. · People Management. · Safety. · Production reporting and documentation. · Equipment & resource Management. ü Plan, Organise and Monitor Daily Production Activities to achieve Targets. ü Ensuing Effective utilisation of Man, Machine and Material by proper allocation ü Ensure the product output meet product standard by maintaining in process Quality. ü Implement Corrective and Preventative (CAPA) for Quality Issues. ü Supervise operator technician and helpers on shopfloor and maintain a discipline and performance monitoring ü Involvement of Operator on process Improvement and adhering to the standard Operating Procedure. ü Ensure and adhere safety environment by conducting tool box Meeting, safety improvements and safe working practice ü Maintain and organise the work Environment by implementing 5S ü Maintain Daily production reports. Downtown logs and rejection records ü Ensure proper Communication and handover reports for continuity of operations. ü Co-ordinate with PPC and Maintenance for smooth production process ü Monitor Machine Performance and Ensure Machine Routine Maintenance as well as preventative-maintained Schedule. ü Effective utilization by minizine the wastage of material, energy and time. Preferred Skills- o Ability to learn new things o Communication and team Building o Basic Computer and Excel Knowledge o Problem Solving approach.
