Responsibilities Conduct thorough health examinations, diagnostics, and treatments for small animals Guide pet parents on preventive care, vaccination, nutrition, and wellness Communicate empathetically and clearly about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care Perform spaying, neutering, and soft-tissue surgeries independently Oversee post-operative care and ensure smooth recovery Maintain medical records , manage inventory, and uphold clinic hygiene and safety Collaborate closely with grooming and retail teams to deliver integrated wellness care Embody Oh My Dawg’s values of compassion, trust, and excellence in every interaction Qualifications Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent (mandatory) Valid license to practice veterinary medicine in Karnataka Minimum 2 years of small animal clinical experience (surgical experience preferred) Strong diagnostic, communication, and client management skills Passionate about preventive and holistic pet wellness Flexible to work on weekends and rotational shifts What We Offer Supportive, pet-friendly workplace with an inclusive team culture Paid leaves & sick time Opportunities for professional growth and training Recognition programs for outstanding performance A chance to be part of a growing, purpose-driven pet wellness brand Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month Application Questions Why do you want to work with Oh My Dawg?
