Job Description – Inside Sales Executive**Company:** Global Softwares **Location:** Tirupur, Tamil Nadu **Salary:** ₹20,000 - 30,000 per month + Incentives (Weekly payout on revenue generation) **Experience Required:** 3–4 years (Inside Sales / Client Servicing) Key Responsibilities:- Engage with 300+ existing clients, ensuring regular communication and relationship management. - Visit local customers regularly to collect feedback, understand needs, and build rapport. - Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding client requirements and upselling/cross-selling solutions. - Collect and maintain customer feedback for service improvements and share actionable insights with management. - Actively follow up on leads and new inquiries to convert them into sales. - Meet and exceed monthly and weekly revenue targets with performance-based incentives. - Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. - Maintain proper records of calls, visits, and client interactions in CRM tools. Requirements:- 3–4 years of experience in inside sales, client servicing, or B2B relationship management. - Quick learner with the ability to understand products and services quickly. - Proficiency in Tamil and English; Hindi knowledge is a strong plus for handling diverse clients. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under targets and deadlines. - Willing to travel locally within Tirupur for customer visits. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting.
