Offshore Back-Office Support Executive

Your role will require strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English will be necessary for effective collaboration within the team. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Timesheet Management: - Accurately track and process employee timesheets in a timely manner. - Collaborate with US teams to resolve any discrepancies in time reporting. - Assist in client billing processes by compiling timesheet data and preparing invoices. Ensure that benefits enrollment data is up to date and accurate. Immigration Coordination: - Support immigration documentation processes such as visa renewals, work permits, and compliance tracking. - Facilitate communication between employees, HR, and immigration attorneys to ensure timely submissions. Employee Partnering & HR Support: - Serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries from offshore and US employees. - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies. - Aid in onboarding documentation and periodic HR communications.
