Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Associate for a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. The Associate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing daily store operations, driving product knowledge, and maintaining brand standards. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with inventory management, supporting promotional events, and fostering a welcoming environment for customers. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with an ability to foster positive client relationships Experience in retail operations, including inventory management and sales processes Brand representation skills, with the ability to maintain and promote high standards of professionalism An understanding of beauty products or luxury goods is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and dedication to maintaining store aesthetics Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
