About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Officer – Supply Chain to manage the end-to-end supply chain operations for our organic spices division. The role involves tracking and managing commodities through every stage of the supply chain — from procurement to delivery — ensuring smooth flow, quality, and timely execution across processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete supply chain process for organic spices, including procurement, cleaning, steaming, value addition, quality testing, and logistics.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal teams at each stage to ensure timely progress of commodities.
• Manage sample collection and submission to the laboratory for quality testing.
• Plan and track monthly and quarterly shipment schedules to meet business requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor material movement across warehouses.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, stock availability, and order status.
• Ensure smooth coordination between procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams to achieve operational efficiency.
• Support process improvements to enhance visibility, traceability, and overall efficiency in supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the FMCG or food processing industry.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/supply chain management systems.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
