Key Responsibilities No Responsibilities 1 Sampling, analysis and reporting of Purified water, Raw material, Finish product, Stability and in process samples, 2 Performing Environmental monitoring in production, warehouse and microbiology laboratory, 3 Sub culturing and maintenance of Pure culture, 4 Preparation and sterilization of microbiological culture media and performance of GPT, 5 Calibration of microbiology lab instruments and equipment, 6 To perform Compress air Monitoring, 7 Handling of lab incidents, OOS, OOT and OOC in coordination with department head and other cross functional team, 8 Maintain the microbiological document, 9 To make all necessary entries in instrument usage log as per GLP requirement, 10 To report critical findings to section head and head QC on daily basis, 11 To make sample registration, entry of analytical data in LIMS, 12 Preparation of trends for purified water and environmental monitoring data, 13 To ensure the calibration, validation and re qualification of microbiology lab instruments as per the schedule, 14 Preparation of monthly water and environmental monitoring schedule, 15 To coordinate with other plant for sharing and harmonization of the best microbiology practices, 16 Issuance of worksheet from LIMS, 17 Work allocation to team in absence of Microbiology Head, 18 Perform any other task allotted by Head of Department, Travel Estimate Job Requirements Educational Qualification SC / B Experience Tenure : 4-7 Your Success Matters to Us At Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
