Officer in Operations

The position of Officer in Operations (SDD / E-voting / BSDA activities) is based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a Graduation/Master qualification and should be aged 30 or below. The role requires 2-3 years of experience and is limited to one position. Key Skills Preferred: - Working experience with any Evoting service providers. - Working experience with RTAs handling emailing activities related to AGM/EGM of companies. - Working experience with company secretarial team. - Updated Knowledge of SEBI regulations/circulars with respect to issuer companies. As an Officer in Operations, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting E-voting/Go green/AGM related activities and addressing queries from Issuers/RMs. - Understanding existing/new processes/systems and managing them efficiently. - Processing assigned E-voting/Go green/AGM related operational activities accurately and within deadlines. - Coordinating with internal stakeholders/team members. - Following up with RMs/Issuers to ensure timely completion of activities. - Assisting in implementing new regulatory requirements/projects. - Undertaking any activities assigned by supervisors, HOD, senior management, etc. - Supporting other operational activities as necessary.
