Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations and employee coordination.
• Ensure proper cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the office space.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Handle bank-related tasks (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, documentation) on behalf of the company.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Monitor office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
• Support administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and courier management.
• Assist in organizing small in-office events or meetings.

Office Timings - 10am to 06 pm
