Job Summary:

The Office Staff will support daily administrative and operational activities of the automobile sales and service showroom. The role involves coordination between sales, service, accounts, and customers to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front-office and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and maintain sales & service documents (job cards, invoices, delivery notes)
  • Support sales team with customer records and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team
  • Manage customer inquiries, calls, and walk-ins
  • Maintain files, reports, and showroom records
  • Ensure proper coordination with spare parts and inventory team
  • Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness and office discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
