Job Opening: Receptionist / Front Office

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
Age: Up to 37

Shift: Morning (Mon–Sat) |

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors/clients professionally
• Manage calls, emails, correspondence, and scheduling
• Oversee office inventory, housekeeping, and vendor coordination
• Maintain attendance records and assist with basic HR tasks
• Handle billing, courier management, and AMC renewals
• Provide admin support to senior management

Candidate Profile:

• Any graduate with 2+ years’ experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and office equipment
• Presentable, customer-oriented, and organized
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
